When I started dancing I was incredibly shy and self conscious and through performance and competition opportunities I've become much more outgoing and confident in my life- both on and beyond the stage. Dance has taught me the value effort, mentality, and hard work has on everything you do. Dance makes me feel free. No matter what's going on in my life, if I'm dancing I am at peace!” - Payton Howell
